We are happy to see another dairy producer venturing into our dairy-free world. Natural by Nature Oat Delicious is a line of oat milk made with organic oats. The company has also started making a seasonal oat punch, which we have included in this post.
Natural by Nature Oat Delicious keeps it organic with milk and punch
Their classic oat milks are made without added sweeteners, but due to processing regulations, they contain “added sugars.” To make oat milk smooth (or, to put it bluntly, less slimy), they use enzymes to break down carbohydrates. This produces simple sugars that, by regulation, must be counted as added sugars. Their Oat Nog contains added cane sugar and makes a more indulgent holiday treat!
