One of the Canary Islands’ two Michelin-starred restaurant, MB combines technical perfection and elegant flavors and textures, with fresh ingredients from the land and sea. Led by chef Erlantz Gorostiz, the restaurant embraces the traditional Basque flavors from his childhood and elevates them with an innovative flair.
