That would be Century High School student Carson Wentz, of course. After pursuing a brilliant college career in the state of North Dakota, Wentz found himself testing NFL scouts and backtracking to see how high he would be drafted from the pros. That response came on April 28, 2016.

Carson discovered his fate that day when the Philadelphia Eagles selected him second overall. It seems like yesterday that the Eagles won the Super Bowl in just their second season. His professional career has not been easy, like many other players, injuries have been part of his life. He broke his wrist in college and was sidelined in just his second outing with the Eagles in his rookie year. It is a brutal game and the players accept it.
