If you’ve ever been to Brackett’s Market in Bath, you know Darlene.

She’s got one of those personalities that are contagious…and in a good way. Anyone that’s been to Brackett’s Market knows Darlene. She’s kind, compassionate and she loves her holidays. Last week she fell and broke her hip. She had hip surgery and was in the hospital for a while – it will be a long road to recover.

friends started a GoFundMe page to help make that long road a little easier. She’s made so many days brighter for so many, it’s a chance to give her a boost. With Darlene, you never had to guess what holiday it was. You’d know her by her outfit!

Brackett’s Market is a grocery store specializing in hand-cut steaks. They grind their own beef several times a day. They have homemade sausage, baked goods, liquor, lots of wine, and local beers. And because it’s in Bath, you can get to it by the public boat dock.
