Eat Local During Restaurant Month and Your Meal Could Be Free

There are many great local restaurants to eat in Sedalia, and this January, eating at one of them can get you paying for your meal.

January is the month of restaurants and in celebration of all the great local restaurants in Sedalia. The Local Shop, the City of Sedalia, the Sedalia Area Chamber of Commerce and some local banks have come together to pay for meals for some diners.

Throughout January, the Sedalia Shop Local team will randomly select an area restaurant to visit. The visit can be during breakfast, lunch or dinner. And the Shop Local team will pay for a diner’s meal. Winners will also appear on the City’s Facebook page as a way of thanking the banks that are paying the meal bill.

So where should you eat? There are many excellent restaurants in the Sedalia area. And the Townsquare Sedalia / Warrensburg staff has been testing them all. If you’re looking for a place, check out our experiences gathered by Tim Thomas, Kix 105.7’s morning personality:
