Local Greek Opening 2nd Location in Lambertville, NJ

A trendy spot in Princeton is opening a second restaurant soon, not that far away.

Local Greek’s new location, Local Greek Lambertville, will be located at 2 Canal Street in Lambertville. I love that area … it seems like a perfect fit.

Everyone is invited to the ribbon cutting on Friday, January 22 at 12:00. Stop and check it out. There will be free tastings. yum.

If you are not familiar with the local Greek, they serve “Greek comfort food”. Some of the menu items are old family recipes. This is my kind of place.

Owner Tony Kanterakis is excited about the new opportunity, saying in a statement: “The location is in the old Towpath restaurant. It’s right on the canal next to the Delaware River. We had it in our sights when we first opened in Princeton three or four years ago. And now we find out they were going to sell the restaurant, it was a great time. It will have the same concept and the same flavors of Executive Chef Stratos Karabasis. Each location will have its own touch of personality, but the same cuisine We want to bring our flavors from Princeton to Lambertville and Bucks County. ”
