Take a Big Mack and add a McChicken and add a File-o-Fish and there’s your sandwich. WOW, geez. It’s called the Land, Air, and Sea. Another “Menu Hack”, the Crunch Double is a Double Cheeseburger, 6 pc. Chicken McNuggets, and their BBQ Sauce.
