Each collaboration has been carefully selected and born out of a mutual appreciation for showing Ojai Inspired cooking techniques and abundance. The first round of partners 2022 includes:
- Justin cogley (26 of January, 6:30 pm): Executive Chef at L’Auberge Carmel’s Aubergine in Carmelo-by-the-Sea, Cogley is known for its unique approach to presenting ingredients in their purest form. He has been recognized for his work by Food and wine (Best New Chef) and the Michelin Guide, as well as winning the prestigious title of Grand Chef Relais & Châteaux. At The Farmhouse, Cogley will host a multi-course dinner reminiscent of his Michelin-starred restaurant.
- Nancy silverton & Dr. Steven Gundry (February 5th, 6:30 pm): James beard Michelin-recognized and award-winning chef Nancy silverton from Mozza Group, and the culinary ambassador for The Farmhouse, is partnering with heart surgeon and diet expert Dr. Steven Gundry to prepare a multi-course wellness dinner guided by its principles of health and highlighting the complexity of the human digestive system.
- Mark and Alison Sullivan, Carlton McCoy, Naoko and Maya Dalla Valle (February 19th, 6:30 pm): Dear and renowned chefs Mark and Alison sullivan will display a menu to preview your new Tahoe city Savoie restaurant. The culinary couple pay tribute to the mountainous Sierra Nevada region and the mountainous Savoy region in the French Alps. Master Sommelier and CEO of Heitz Cellar Carlton McCoy will team up with the mother-daughter duo of Dalla Valle Vineyards Naoko and Maya Dalla Valle for wine pairings that celebrate Northern california food and wine.
- Ryan hardy (March 4, 6:30 pm): Renowned chef at the lively New York restaurant Charlie bird, Hardy will offer an Italian-inspired and American-executed multi-course dinner with wine pairings that have a serious approach and relaxed execution.
- Matthew kammerer: (7 of March, 6:30 pm): The rising chef recently recognized by the Michelin Guide and the James Beard Foundation, Kammerer grows the most food from the land and tide pools of The Harbor House Inn in Elk, California. At The Farmhouse, you will host a multi-course dinner that reflects the two-Michelin-star experience at Harbor House Inn.
- William bradley (March 13, 6:30 pm): Chef-Director of the two Michelin star restaurant Addison in San Diego, Bradley will show the beauty of California cook with a dinner that celebrates regional ingredients and techniques.
- Nancy silverton & Friends BBQ (June 4th, 1:30 in the afternoon): Hosted by Farmhouse Culinary Ambassador Nancy silverton, guest chefs Kevin Bludso (Bludso’s Bar & Que), Erik black (Ugly drum), Nick priedite (BBQ attached), Bruce aidells (Sausage Aidells), Nancy oakes (Boulevard), and Jenee kim (Parks BBQ) will showcase the diversity of barbecue styles during this afternoon event with barbecue-themed drinks and tastings at this festival-style event.
- Thomas graham (July 29, 6:30 pm): Offering your first dinner at the United States, Graham will debut accessible, ingredient-focused cuisine reminiscent of its menu at Le Mermoz in the posh Elysee neighborhood of Paris with a multi-course dinner and wine pairing.
Since its debut in 2019, The Farmhouse at Ojai Valley Inn has brought world-class epicurean experiences to Southeastern California spanning intimate lunches and dinners, culinary and master classes, and thought-provoking seminars, each featuring a leader in their field. The setting of The Farmhouse is equally amazing.
