Sedalia police responded to Fitter’s restaurant, 500 South Ohio, Avenue Tuesday night in reference to a violation of a protection order.
When officers arrived, they spoke to the caller. The caller said her estranged husband and brother stopped by the establishment several times after finding their car outside.
The caller said they made eye contact with both of them and they continued to drive slowly. Colten Miner Ditton, 31, of Sedalia, was located and arrested.
Ditton was put on hold for 24 hours. An application has been made to the prosecutor on the charge of harassment in the first degree and violation of an ex parte act.
