Semi-Truck Drags Car Pinned Underneath it on Illinois Interstate

You think you’ve seen it all when driving an Illinois interstate, wait until you see this video.

Driving on the interstate is quite scary, driving on the interstate with distracted drivers and drivers who like to go fast is another problem. When I saw this video of a semitrailer dragging a car underneath, a new set of fear kicked in.

We do not see how the car got trapped underneath, but nevertheless, it happened that the driver of the semi-trailer did not feel the impact of the car or hear anything or feel anything. I’ve never driven a semi trailer so I’m not sure how a driver can’t feel a car underneath it, but I’m sure it would feel something different. Maybe the car tried to pull a Clark Griswald and wanted to drive under the semitrailer? Who knows?

I hope both the truck driver and the car driver got away unscathed and I make sure I drive as safely as possible, especially at this time of year.

The weighted rank moves the beer toward the list average based on the number of ratings it has and is intended to allow lesser-known beers to rise in rank.
