Whole Foods Market Introduces Resolution Renovator to Overhaul New Year’s Resolutions For 2022 | Your Money

AUSTIN, Texas – (BUSINESS WIRE) – January 5, 2022–

Today, Whole Foods Market introduces Resolution Renovator, an online hub that helps people rethink rigid New Year’s resolutions. According to a survey by Whole Foods Market and Wakefield Research, nearly two-thirds (65%) of Americans agree that New Year’s resolutions put additional pressure on them at the beginning of the year. In addition, many doubt that their resolutions will be successful, giving themselves less than 50% chance, on average, of achieving their resolutions. With Resolution Renovator, Whole Foods Market is helping consumers set achievable affirmations and intentions at the top of 2022, rather than unrealistic resolutions that are often out of reach.

As a benchmark destination for holistic wellness, Whole Foods Market has partnered with motivators who embody positivity in three key areas: mind, body, and spirit: Herbal recipe developer and wellness enthusiast Radhi Devlukia-Shetty, at representation of Mind; Platoon instructor Cody Rigsby, representing Body; and motivational speaker and New York Times bestselling author Gabby Bernstein, representing Spirit. Each of these wellness motivators will offer selected affirmations and intentions within the resolute renewing, to help guide conscious living in 2022.

“At the peak of the year, when many of us are setting new goals, the most important thing to remember is to root them in joy and self-love,” Rigsby said. “Our goal with Whole Foods Market’s Resolution Revamp is to move away from potentially stressful New Year’s resolutions in favor of motivational intentions that allow us much-needed grace.”

From now until January 26, consumers can visit Whole Foods’ Marketplace Resolution Revamp to receive personalized affirmations and intentions from wellness motivators. Users will choose the area they would like to focus on this year (mind, body or spirit) and then answer a series of questions that reveal their affirmation and intention, replacing the typical New Years resolution.

After completing the Resolution Renovator questionnaire, consumers will have a chance to win a 2022 wellness package comprised of the top picks from Whole Foods Market motivators, with 25 winners each day. The wellness packages include three hand-selected products from Whole Foods Market that each motivator uses as part of their own daily wellness journey.

The three grand prize winners will also receive an exclusive and personalized video from one of the wellness motivators with an inspirational message linked to their affirmation and intention for 2022.
